Suggestion artist ressource with tips for webdesign

I really enjoy the new site and always wonder how quick and smooth the site starts with the full-screen video. I watch this on a desktop PC with 27# monitor, that's really amazing, ...... (and to be true, ... i have no grafic card, only the onboard grafic chip).
What i mainly would like to know how i can include such full-screen video with own content in my website. So i would enjoy if P5 can open an artist-only blog for and with such detailed technical informations and help / support.
Last not least it will be a big + for P5 if we artists have great individual websites which are supporting P5.
And of course for in webdesign non-experienced artist this may be a great help to send traffic to P5 if they see how easy a simple beginners website can be build.
