Error when uploading Video

@Gorgeous Which method are you using to upload your clips the Drag /Drop or FTP?

Same problem here. File is 4k, Photo-JPEG, 797MB on disk. It appeared to upload successfully to FTP, but doesn't show up in my Uploads. Tried to re-upload using drag-and-drop, message says I uploaded it already. Still nothing in Uploads.

Hi Jason, I use both methods and the same thing happens always. After the upload is succesfully finished, the clip appears on my Uploads Page and then the processing fails.

@ Gorgeous Then quit wasting you time in the forums and contact support@pond5.com for help.

all files are now uploading as this-is-my-file-name.mov as the original file. This might be a problem when syncing to an external CSV.

Dapoopta,i know this issue...if you fill the downloaded csv as it is to pond5 it works...for other sites you need to replace the dashes with spaces using a an easy formula...

Something that might be an issue I'm wondering and this came about after I had a problem uploading to another site and it was clips from my Osmo+.

Suppose you upload clips with file names for example AA101, AA102, AA104, AA110, and so on, you might be at AA10009 by now, you reset your camera a few months or a year later and AA101 is your current starting point and those files are already on the system and get ignored by the system.

On the other site, what I did was use a bulk file naming utility (Google it) and took a batch that was giving me problems and renamed them to something that did NOT have ( ) in the file name, so just a new name like testing1001, 1002, etc, and guess what? they all took.

This happened with my Osmo+ and it appears that when I reset it or clear the card by default it starts at DJI001 and sure enough that was my problem.

I can't say that is the case here but might be worth trying as an experiment to rename the batch and send it up and see if it sticks.

I would just mass rename all your clips from a shoot to something new so you have unique clip ID's.
