Man, getting the RED camera would be great!
What a coincidence, I was just looking at this guys website. He uses the Red with a Letus Extreme.

I need a lot of experience too. But one day....

I know this is a lot of work, I just did a short clip of pouring milk into a cereal bowl. LOL
It took an hour to get the background right and setup the lights.
A lot of time spent setting up for something that may or may not sell but I figured it was a good learning experience.

Yes! Ive been looking for RED stills to show somebody, thank you!

Ive seen film school grads whos stuff wasn't as good as those clips above. Just keep at it, you may discover a better way to do the lighting, you may mess up, but who cares,,, you're better off messing up on stock footage than a feature film lol.

Personally I do a lot of experimental stuff, or stuff I have very little experience in, sometimes I will totally screw up a clip and spend hours on it, and not end up using it. I experiment with a lot of price ranges and stylizing. SOmetimes I will take a really bad clip and see if I can stylize it or modifiy it until it looks like something saleable. lol I try to push myself on everything, you don't really learn unless you aren't afraid to fail.
