Cannot attach footage clip to a collection

Attaching to footage clips to collections used to work for me until last night.

Tried on both a single clip (bombs out to a weird HTML page showing a corrupted version of my profile) and batch footage edit (stops after first clip and alters none of the other parameters either).

Tried with attaching clips to different collections (to make sure it just wasn't a particular collection name) but with no joy.

Tried Edge, Explorer and Firefox browsers - no joy either.

Anyone with similar problems or ideas?

If I preselect a collection, and then from "actions" choose "add to collection" then a little red "ERROR 500" box pops up.
