Error 88 :: 2

Hello! Has anyone ever got error 88 :: 2 in AE? When I try to apply 3D to layers, I get this mistake:

"After Effects error: TDL: Triangulation of front face failed. Outline may be self intersecting. (8 :: 2)"

Can it mean that some .ai images are ruined? Or what is the reason?

I haven't experienced this error personally. But based on what I found out there are two things that can cause it one is the font in the comp and the other one is the illustrator file. In your cause it's your illustrator file.
