Flickering on preview (PAL and NTSC)

It was selected on 16 bit, I've tryed on 32 bit, but is the same, may be 32 bit is not supported by my graphics card.
I've purchased another personal computer, I'm configuring it (mot me by myself :).
I'm curios to try if the problem persist.
