Real Estate footage

I am looking for some footage for a generic real estate commercial.

Specifically two shots... A male realtor in a suit shaking hands with a couple in front of a home. A female realtor in a suit shaking hands with a couple in front of a home.

In both shots, they should be wide with as much of the home in view as possible and the actors visible, but not too close to the camera.

I'd prefer if the realtors were not too distinguishable since the shots will be used for many different real estate commercials. :)

SD is also preferred.

ps. Don't knock yourselves out on this... If the client signs in the next day or two, I'll have a local production company do the shots for me.
