Using a Byzantine scale, where the lower line is an inverted mirror of the notes of the upper (around a central drone of A). A strong sound comes from a small ensemble of two strident strongly-played violins, and drones from a hurdy-gurdy (sampled). Creating an authentic
historical sound, and a very evocative atmosphere of eastern influence, the mood is dark but fairly intense throughout. The sounds remains strong. non-Loopable version also available here.
