Problems with uploads.

Has anyone else been experiencing problems uploading items?

I have files that I uploaded a week ago that have not shown up for edit. In fact, I have proceeded to re-upload them at least 5 times over the past several days, through ftp and uploads page, with no luck.

On top of this, the uploads page is saying I only have 58 clips total, while all 225 show up on my portfolio. Its been like this for a week as well.

Any thoughts?

I am also having that problem. Just uploaded some new music via pond5 uploader and it is not showing up to add description and keywords

only 6 of the 12 videos I've uploaded over the past day have shown up for me to add descriptions and keywords :(

I attempted to upload some stock images and kept getting the error:

Attention: Unprocessed Clips
There's been a problem processing some of your recent uploads. These uploads were not processed:
- Baseball Fans 1 21186164: (Errno 24) Too many open files 2936639 bytes

I had a similar error message with some of my videos, others just didn't appear even after 'successful' upload, i just kept sending them and eventually they came through

Same here, I just opened an account here and was only able to upload two files among several others giving out error messages.

My uploads were able to key word and describe today, I guess there most have been a lag or something.

Tried uploading 1 image early this morning. This time it appeared to process fine, but that was the last I saw of it. Might try again later, but I'd rather hear from support before I spend a lot of time on it.

uploads on ftp3 were processed after 30 hours, uploads on ftp2 instantly :)
