Hi, just a heads up that we updated the site today. Here's a list of some of the changes that might be relevant to you:

- Deprecated a (very) old version of the uploads page
- Added another thumbnail on Edit Item page (to be able to see the thumbnail as you edit the keywords)
- Added new version of Adobe Premiere plugin to www.pond5.com/adobe
- FTP downloads and FTP settings added to Preferences page
- It is now possible to search for an item-id and get directly to the item page
- Improved price help with downconversion (4k to HD)
- Improved language switching
- Decreased number of objects loaded during site generation (should improve render time slightly)
- ...and a lot of Search Engine Optimization fixes to improve search engine ranking

Jonas could you be more specific about improved price help autodownconvertion 4k???what's new?
jonasdev 27 Apr 2015 10:56
sebolla74, perhaps that title was a bit missleading, it's just an improved help text on the "Edit Item" page.

@jonasdev

Can you please tell me how to price HD version of a 4K clip in batch (thousands)?
jonasdev 27 Apr 2015 12:52
@SevArt

I'm not into CSV (never worked with them) - I'm just a developer, but there is a field that can be added to the CSV called "pricelarge", which should set the price for the downconverted version. I'd suggest you ask our Customer Service about this.
sebolla74 27 Apr 2015 13:11
Sevart,try to ask to pond5 if they can do it for you,at least you won't waste time and maybe they will realize how long this kind of workflow takes...

I do not want nothing for me.
I want something which is normal for all users.
When you launch a feature (HD version of 4K) it's normal to give to the artists the instrument to change the HD prices in bulk like any other settings.
Already passed 2 months with no instrument but we have updates for all sort of not so important settings.

+1
Forget all these other things. The main priority should be fixing the pricing structure for down converted files. My sales have hit rock bottom this month. I am convinced that it is because all my new clips (several thousand of them) have been down converted to HD and cost $150 because of their pricing structure. And that is having set the 4k price $100 lower than SS. In order to get the HD prices where they need to be my 4K price has to be next to nothing.
