Quick time export problem in PremierePro

This drives me crazy!
Since more than 2 weeks now i have problems to export / create QT mov files with phjpg codec in PremierePro. This problem is only at my office PC, not at my home PC.
In between i have reinstalled Win8.1 total and only the most important software which i need. Win auto-update is off! After reinstallation at first exporting QT mov worked well, after 1 or 2 hours pause the problem appears again. I can export mp4 and others without problem, also QT DV Pal, but no 4k phjpg :( :( :(

Error message:

Exporter: QuickTime
Datei: ........ bla bla bla bla
Um Timecode: 00:00:00:00
Komponente: QuickTime vom Typ Exporter
Selektor: 9
Fehlercode: 11

With audio, no audio, or starting at another timecode doesn't change anything.
Has anybody an idea how i can fix the problem?
Because it's only QT phjpg i can't imagine that it's caused by my hardware :(

I thought Photo JPEG is not supported at 4K - I used it years ago for Full HD only. Anyway Photo JPEG is 8 bit codec and creates banding in gradients. Better use ProRes 422 for 4K. It's also 10 bit and used almost everywhere in broadcast studios.

You're wrong

hehe "you're wrong" :-) , that made me laugh

PJPG is a good codec for 4k.

Are you doing individual clips or are you using Media encoder? What version of Premiere?

CC 2017,
but it's not a pure Adobe bug. When i render mov in my previous software Magix ProX6 it does the render, but after the render there's no mov file where it should be. More and more i think it seems to be problem caused by my grafic hardware.
Difficult to imagine, but on a clean system with all other software eliminated, ..... what else?

Now after the latest Win Update i could render a whole batch in mov and suddenly it failed again :(
I ask me if i can be a failure of my RAM ?

When I upgraded to the newest WIN 10 update it messed everything up. Make sure QT is still installed and linked to Premiere Pro. I suspect that maybe either QT got uninstalled or it is not linked to PP. Just an idea.

Nice idea, but unfortunately it's not only an Adobe bug.
I extra installed Win8.1 on a new harddrive because 8.1 is running very well on my home PC.
Win10, ....... oh no !!! ;)

There's a bug in Quicktime that prevents you from rendering some types of Quicktime files on a Windows PC with more than 16 "cores" or "processors." Maybe that is your problem.

Since QT is no longer supported on the PC, I doubt this will ever be resolved.

That sounds interesting. I thought a modern PC has max. 7 cores (like mine P i7 Skylake).
How can i see how much cores are onboard and how can i reduce these?
