Changes can happen at any time that will cause one browser to no longer see something. Before attempting any fixes or escalating to Pond5 IT assistance, you should check it with a different browser -- just to be sure. If you can't see them in a second browser, then it's time to escalate. Yes, I know it's a pain in the ass, but that is the way in the Internet is sometimes.

Sometimes clearing browsing data such as history, download history, cookies, and cached images/files help to clear up problems
