I need one as well - but one that produces usable pictures!

you think you'll shoot 60p with it all the time?
TheEngineer 11 Dec 2013 23:30
Probably a fair bit, one of the discussions about 4K at the minute is higher frame rates - who knows if it will happen, but future proofing for as long as possible is important to me.

Start buying memory ... 32 gb at $199.00 will only get ya about 10 minutes at 60fps. Anyone find a good deal on memory for Z-100?

I think 32GB will only get you 5 minutes. 64 will get you 10 or 12 minutes.

at 60 fps you are right.

One more untouched still frame out of a 3840x2160 50fps shot I filmed today
shot it in 3200K colortemp. which looks really great. Great detail and color. More realistic and less underexposed

FULL HD version has way less noise than the 4K version... It actually is a big difference. Great 1080p camcorder. 4K could be better because of the noise

Funny (or is it?) That's what many, including me, said about the Z5 (also included were V1 and all the other HDV cams) Great for shooting HD, but downrezzing to SD.

Of course Neat "pretty much" solved a lot of that. Does Neat Video work at 4K?

@WHStock When you purchase a 4K camera you need to get a good 4K footage but if you are satisfied with better HD footage that's all right.
