Hi, Ryan! All my files show up and are OK. There is still one problem: the file number on my profile page My Profile has not updated for quite a long time. I am afraid this bug/glitch or whatever you want to call it is still affecting my sales. Could you, please, ask the developers to check it? Thank you for all your hard efforts!

Hey Christian, if you go to (your username)>Overview>View Profile, on your profile page in V2 you will see a button for "edit profile" and a button that says "refresh." You can click on refresh and that should update your profile numbers. If it doesn't work for you please let me know!

Just tried the "refresh" button as suggested. After I clicked it, the button disappeared, but my file #'s remain incorrect. Reloaded the page, same thing. It says I have 931 files, when I actually have 1006. Again, not a huge problem to me, as long it doesn't somehow affect my files in searches or anything.

This morning my file # shows the correct amount. Guess it just takes a bit for the refresh to kick in or something.

I'm having a similar issue. My port's been "stuck" on 2,997 for a while, and I have 3,061 files.

Pressing "refresh" seems to do nothing.

This is still an issue that we're aware of. It's still in our system to be looked at, and if I haven't gotten back to you in a few days with an update please bug me and i'll keep on it!

Hi Ryan

What is the current time delay between clips being approved and being searchable in the database?

I have had a large batch approved over 24 hours ago which are showing up in "my uploads" but are not searchable.
