It shouldn't take more than 24 hours, but it can sometimes take a little longer depending on how busy our servers are. Can you give me the clip ID numbers for a few of the ones that aren't showing up in the searches? Also, please make sure that you have the correct media type selected and that all of your other advanced filters and search terms are cleared out.

Just to give you (and for the benefit of others) a heads up that it seems to be partially fixed. Some clips are now online and searchable by keywords. For example a search for "Hyde Park Funfair" produces 64 results (all of them mine!) and this seems to be the correct number of clips. If however you search for "Harrods Christmas Lights 2012" then you get 0 results but the same search in "My Uploads" produces 24 matches.

The issue of the number of clips is partially fixed. If I go to my profile it shows that I have 6505 files (actually 6506 but 1 has been classed as "sensitive" - still think this total should represent the correct figure though). If however I click on the link for the 6505 files it takes me to the search results page for artist:TheEngineer and says there are only 6262 files.

My files number has not changed yet although I pressed refresh numerous times and for a very long time....

My recently approved clips from 3 days ago aren't searchable. "young golfer" is the most prominent keyword and mine aren't there.

I see yours sftigress, like young golfer drops club. I just did arrange by date uploaded.... also did this artist:sftigress young golfer

I can see your "young golfer" clips as well. First 15 clips in default mode.

My Harrods Christmas Lights still seem to be missing though :-(

Also the sales from yesterday are not showing on the Overview (thankfully they are in the financial section!)

my sales at first didn't show up, from the first pull. then the 2nd pull I had another 1 and then all of them showed up.

I see your Harrods Christmas Lights when I search for it.

TheEngineer - Thanks for giving us this update. When I search "Harrods Christmas Lights 2012" I also get 24 results. I emailed you an attached screen shot. Are you not seeing these results on your end?

As for the incorrect number of files (6262) when searching by default, this is continues to be an issue in our indexing. If you search by date uploaded or duration the correct (6505) number appears. I know how frustrating this can be for you but I can assure you that the dev team is aware of this problem and currently working on a fix. Thanks for your patience.

Hi OD what browser are you using?

I have 2 machines, one I use for general computing / internet use and one I keep pretty much exclusively for editing - but I might do the odd bit of web browsing on it. To keep the edit machine as clean as possible I only install the absolute minimum of software so I use IE as my browser. On my general machine I have IE, Firefox and Chrome,

Using IE on either machine or Firefox on the general machine I don't see my clips. However using Chrome I do see my clips. So rather strangely this seems in some way to be browser related!
