UPLOAD ISSUES

Hi,
Firstly congratulations on this project its nice to see a good modern solution for stock footage.
I have tried to upload clips with your Java app but it fails for various reasons (possibly due to my poor ADSL connection)
Anyway would it be possible to upload via FTP? I find Java to be very flaky generally and when combined with a less than ideal internet connection the chances of uploading 60meg+ files is pretty poor.
I have a fair few clips that i'd like to offer via your service but at the moment I can't get them to upload.
Thanks

Hi Tom,
Yes, we're working on an ftp upload option right now... It should be ready soon.
In the meantime, you might want to have a go with the java uploader using a different browser, or try the html upload option.
What browser are you using? If you can duplicate the java error, please let us know what the error message is via our contact form (link is at the bottom of the page) -- this will help us to debug it.
We will also accept footage mailed to us by post on data cd or dvd. So if the upload doesn't work for you, let us know and we can work out a way for you to get your clips online.
All best,
Tom

Ok, we just discovered and fixed a bug with the java uploader - it should work for you now.
The ftp option will likely be ready in a day or two - I'll let you know when it's up.
