FTP UPLOAD ISSUES

I recently uploaded a number of tracks to my account by FTP. Filezilla showed that the uploads were successful, but they still haven't showed up in my uploads page. Am I doing something wrong here?

Also, I had submitted some tracks for review over a week ago, and they are still pending. Is that normal?

Thanks for writing in. The items that failed were accidentally dropped in the releases folder on your FTP program. Please drop them in the root folder and they should go through to your uploads page, or use the site uploader.

As far as the clip reviews, we're receiving a large influx of content coming in at this time, so review times have been longer than usual. The average wait time is 7-10 days for reviews. If they take longer than 14 days, please let us know!

@farooqabbasi the built in site uploader is just as fast as the FTP uploader, also in my experience your footage (if you are uploading footage) appears quicker to be processed.
