Music earnings reduced

So I have sold th esame piece of music several times, listed for $20, my cut is $10. So WHY am I only getting $7 now???? I am an EXCLUSIVE member so to avoid a reduction in my portion of sales, yet it has been reduced. What's up with that? Who do I need to contact about that to correct it? I'm sure I'm not the only one. Thanks for any help.
