Payment error 150005 and 150006 when I try to buy a sound

Hello,

I'm trying to buy a sound. I tried with 2 different credit card (1 from new zealand 1 from france). I tried 5 times, each times, error 15006.
I ask to a friend who have a different bank than mine. He had an error 150005.

So I rode on internet that it was not a paypal issue but the issue of the bank account. But in my case, it's 3 different bank accounts. So if someone can explain me ?
