HDV clips - 60i in Vegas to Pond5

Jambo Jambo!! qustion. I have some very interesting clips on tribal villages,people and cows,goats----generally some clips on nomadic pastoralists in the remotest parts of Kenya.This group has never been to school, never owned a TV or Radio,etc. hope you know what i mean. How do i get a talent release? i have not uploaded any. Any imputs?
