Share your rarest video, which maybe on the site, or probably was unable to upload to pond 5 for one reason or other.

Here is mine but it was too dark and the action took place too far for a good take

Great clip! I can't imagine being so close to such animals! Have you ever had any close calls with these animals?

one time i had a client who went behind an anthill for a toilet. he squatted where we could not see him and pulled down his pants. there was a hole dug by anteaters and the hole was facing towards him. as he did his thing, he peeped inside the hole, and in there, there were two bright eyes looking at him! he run back into the van with his pants still dangling bellow the knees and he had not used his tissue!! It turned out that the eyes belonged to a hyena mother who had her babies in the hole. ha ha ha.

Another time we had camped around a waterhole. it was during the wildebeest migration. like 10,000 wildebeest came to drink as they headed their way. unaware, seven lions were hiding near the waterhole. when time to attack came, the whole mass of wildebeests were pushed towards our tents, and they literally flattened all the tents as they stampeded away! no one was injured since we were all watching the commotion from a camp born fire, which they expertly avoided. but the catch was, the lions had cought one, very close to us, and we had no where to run.we scampered to our vans and spent the night inside the cars.

Yes, there are incidences that have occurred over the 20 years i have been in the bush with animals, some comical, some outright dangerous, but am alive. i just wish i had a camera from the beginning!!

That's awesome thanks for sharing some stories. It's such a different life you have there. Very interesting and amazingly different then so many of ours. I'm very glad your finally able to capture some of this stuff on film and share it with the world.

Fantastic clip, I don't think there's too many lions around where I live :-)

The river was too high and strong current pushed these wildebeest right into the path of a croc. no chance of escape.

This little one crossed the river, then missed the mother and crossed back but paid heavily for the mistake.

Good stuff Bushman! If you keep posting these, I can get rid of cable TV for sure.
