The accused, A. R. Samarra'ai. The accuser Col. Majid Mohammed Ameen. A policeman, witness, speakes how, he and other policemen, put dead persons in the holes in the ground at night on 1956. A general shot, pan. Three shots to the judge, witness, and the accused. An officer in the police, came as a witness, speakes how the persons were killed in the demonstrations on Nov. 1956. The third witness, Sayid Khamees, one of the former detective police officers he speakes also like the other witnesses. The judges listen. The accused listens. The writer of the Court Martial. The people clapping to the president of the Judges and shouting against the accused who killed many of the demonstrators on Nov. 1956. Another witness, Sayid F. Al-Masry, speakes also about the same subject. The other witness, Sheikh Ismaail, who explained how the police called him to come and wash the dead demonstrators (he is deads burier) and he charged 5 Dinars (Pounds) for that job.
