LONDON, ENGLAND, UK (MARCH 21, 2017) (REUTERS) (SOUNDBITE) (English) BAND MANAGER, NIGEL MARTIN-SMITH, SAYING: ''I do think it's there time, I think there is certainly a market for a fun, musical, uplifting act and that's what they are. I think it's getting a bit heavy at the moment the charts, it's a bit boring, they're all very into themselves and arty, and there's some great acts out there but I think what the lads are, they're having fun and they're young and I think there's a market for that, there's got to be." VARIOUS OF YES LAD POSING FOR PICTURES (SOUNDBITE) (English) BAND MANAGER, NIGEL MARTIN-SMITH, ASKED ABOUT THE RISKS OF FAME, SAYING: ''That ultimately comes down to them, there is only so much you can do as I found with Take That, you know, I tried so hard to look after Take That that in the end they hated me when I was only really trying to look after them and because you do feel this massive responsibility as you say, you're taking just normal kids and you're going bang, there you are on the world stage, and you're terrified that they're going to get in with the wrong crowd - they're going to get into drugs or whatever, but they grow to hate you when you do that, so I have learnt to just, these lads are intelligent - they know what's what - I have advised them, there's only so much I can do - it's up to them now. I am certainly not going to break my neck.'' (SOUNDBITE) (English) BAND MEMBERS OF YES LAD, SAYING: SONNY HARDMAN: "Just like basic common knowledge rules don't sleep with fans, don't get fans pregnant and all that type of stuff." JOEL HEALEY: "The basic rules of being in a band and stuff but he would never tell you not to do it - he would just guide you like because he has been through it all before with Take That, so he knows what to do what not to do what's clever and what's and you really have to listen to him because he's had that experience, so we take what he says into mind." VARIOUS OF YES LAD POSING FOR PICTURES (SOUNDBITE) (English) BAND MEMBERS OF YES LAD, SAYING: LEWIS MAXWELL: ''We're all single'' SONNY HARDMAN: ''We're lads, we like girls'' CIAN GLEESON: ''I think the thing about love and relationships is it's kind of the go thing to to write about because everyone can relate to it, everyone has been in love, everyone has had a relationship.''
