LONDON, ENGLAND, UK (DECEMBER 6, 2019) (REUTERS) CHELSEA MANAGER, FRANK LAMPARD, ARRIVING FOR PRESS CONFERENCE (SOUNDBITE) (English) CHELSEA MANAGER, FRANK LAMPARD, SAYING: "It is what it is. Now we know. Obviously the club was working towards that and it is a positive outcome for us. It allows us the potential to look at the market going forward and so I am pleased from a footballing level. It's never my business to get involved in the reasons why or the legal side of it. I see it purely on a football level. So from my point of view, for the club moving forward, it is obviously a good thing." WHITE FLASH (SOUNDBITE) (English) CHELSEA MANAGER, FRANK LAMPARD, SAYING: "I am certainly not going to sit here today and go too far down any lines with that (who his transfer targets are). We'll see where we are as I keep saying, I am happy with the squad that we have here. Think we're doing okay. My job is always to focus on the next game and what's in front of us and in terms of the bigger picture and we do going forward of course that's constant. And it's sometimes fluid so there are no absolute answers at this point of course." WHITE FLASH (SOUNDBITE) (English) CHELSEA MANAGER, FRANK LAMPARD, SAYING: "The fact that people have given us a lot of credit I think is because probably they expected less of us. So I think we have to give credit to the group that are working now to get to where we got to. I still want more. I think we could have more points and be higher up the table that's my feeling. As we go forward of course if I feel or if we feel as a club that there are positions we can strengthen, then we will obviously look at that, as all big clubs do. That's why people expected less of us this season because lots of clubs around us, below us were spending 100 million or 150 million and we didn't have that chance, and we lost Eden Hazard and we lost two number nines. So that was obviously in everyone's mindsets. No the picture's slightly changed and it's important we get it right moving forward." WHITE FLASH (SOUNDBITE) (English) CHELSEA MANAGER, FRANK LAMPARD, SAYING: "Well first of all any trip to Everton is tough. I went there as a player many a time. The Atmosphere of the stadium, the support of their home fans is big. I'm sure there'll be a bounce effect for them. They've got one of their heroes (Duncan Ferguson) in charge of them for this game and in the short term or whatever. So I think we have to be very much on guard against a team that are feeling the way they are. We slightly had it with West Ham last week. There was a lot of talk about what bad form they were in, what it might be if they lost another game. And we lost the match so there's a small reminder for us last Saturday. And this will be as far as preparation from my point of view exactly the same, what I told the players. It's a dangerous, dangerous team to play at this moment particularly."
