(5)This collection features my original compositions performed by the 'Heavy Sound' ensemble, blending Ethno-Jazz, Avant-garde, and Free Jazz. Each piece is an entirely original work, recorded live in a single take with no overdubbing or post-production to preserve the raw, unadulterated energy of the performance. The instrumentation includes drums, percussion, electric bass, and tenor, soprano, and baritone saxophones. Sharp, biting saxophone melodies are coupled with a driving, relentless rhythmic section, creating a highly sophisticated and unique sound that leaves extensive room for creative jazz improvisation.
