Are Pond5 responding to emails?

Ive sent two emails recently to them, first was sent in Dec and second was a follow up asking for a response and still nothing.
I sent it to contact@pond5.com but sent it as a normal email instead of the usual web based interface as i had an item attached.

They have responded pretty fast last time i contacted them but that was few months ago. :O

vision008--very sorry that it took us so long to get back to you. Not to make excuses, but we honestly didn't want to short-change your carefully-considered letter with a hasty response. I've send 3 emails and still no response. Not to mention videos that I have uploaded a week ago and still have a status of pending review.

they will be reviewed, just keep waiting. some people it has taken a month+, so this is common.

Yes, review time is slow right now. I have clips waiting since 30 December 2012. Totally 113 clips is waiting for review. Just keep uploading, they will be online in the end.

They gave me a credit for a clip pretty quick but I have sent 2 email asking about integration with Premiere6 and nothing.

Try contacting the artist on integration.
