"Save and submit for review" not available

At the top of my Uploads page I see the message "We’re in the process of reviewing your ID and you’ll be notified once it’s been approved. Feel free to get started by uploading some of your work while you wait."

Okay, I'm new. Have uploaded 4 video clips. I have updated the title, description, date, city, camera, keywords, etc. When I scroll to the bottom of the page only "Save Changes" is available. The "Save and Submit for Review" button is NOT available, it is grayed out. What am I doing wrong?

You cannot submit anything until they've approved your account. The message you quoted said to feel free to upload your work, but that's not the same as submitting it for review. If you save your metadata you can come back once you're approved and submit it without having to re-do it all.

I'm having the same issue with the greyed-out "Save And Submit For Review" button, BUT I have been creator here for years, have over 80 music file currently on Pond5, and JUST submitted another batch as recently as yesterday... Any reasoning for that?

If you’re from the U.S. you need to submit your updated tax form. Once I did this, submit for review was instantly available again.

where do you find this tax form on their website to submit @art4bux?
