Can you please set the default for audio to No. I believe the majority of the clips submitted do not have audio, and it is just an extra button to press. :-)

Try clicking on this link: http://help.pond5.com/login, since you're already in our new customer service system, that should link your two accounts. let me know if you still can't access it!

that's not the right place for the suggestion we're talking about here, but now your two accounts have been merged successfully. We enabled a feature called Single Sign On that should allow most people to sign onto the new knowledge base seamlessly, but looks like your account needed a little more TLC. Funny. I have suggested that now for two years and just recently (last month or so) Ryan stated he would take that to the P5 gods. But on a more serious note - yeah, I can't add comments on that page regardless if I am logged in to V1 or V2.. Just takes me to the home page (V1) or some other ambiguous page (v2)

Hey Andy, try going to http://pond5.zendesk.com/forums and see if it will let you comment there. If you're still not logged in, you can log in on the top right-hand corner of the page and then start commenting.

Nah - doesn't work... of course I am still logged in in V1... however - when connected to v2 it works... Guys, don't can V1 yet... V2 still needs lots of work - this theory based on all commentary all over, of course. ;)
Ryan, I was referring to the whole topic of default sound off in any case. This is a real nuisance considering that for a long long time now it has been preached that stock should have no sound unless it is very unique and pertinent.

One more thing about the "zendesk" thing... where is the pond5 branding on that page? I almost shut the page down because I didn't see a logo on it.
