Codec for 4K 10bit on windows?

Hi

So, is there a good codec for 4K UHD 10-bit export on the Windows platform? Namely from Davinci Resolve 12?

I have purchased the Miraizon ProRes for Windows. But it is not showing up in Davinci still.

I am unsure what codec that will export from Davinci as 10-bit, and still be readable by a small encoder/transcoder app.

That is a great question.
If there are any other 10 bit codec's I'm certainly in and would be interested in knowing as well.
But for now I'll continue to use Miraizon in AE and Premiere.

I also use Miraizon in Premiere and does a great job. I have a friend that wants to get Miraizon but they sold out over a year ago and we can't find a place to buy it anymore. Does anyone know where to find a new download of it?

No, seems the company sold it and its not available anymore. My guess is maybe Apple sued them.

Yup, I have never seem it show up at any other company. Apple either sued or bought them out and killed it.

Too bad its not easily available. Avid should get their act together and launch a proper 4K DNxHD. But it will have to be transcoded into apple friendly stockfootage material anyway.

I keep thinking i should bite the sour apple and get a Mac. But then i see the super-weak specs and the crazy prices and think better of it. I honestly dont think my stock footage career will pay for a Mac, and i dont need it for anything else.
