I am using the FTP to upload and don't have the video codec error. However, I can't batch edit or apply any templates to the tracks when I try to edit them. I have to individually edit each one, which is a PITA to be sure and slow, but I'm only mastering a few tracks a day so it's not much of a bottleneck for me.

CHECK THAT - now I can't even edit tracks individually.

Hi folks - I've got an update from the dev team regarding these issues.
1. The Music Upload bug has been FIXED! Let us know if you still experience issues, but it should be smooth sailing now.
2. The "Save" and "Save & Submit" issue - they have located this bug and are working on a fix. In the meantime, the workaround is to UNCHECK any collections under ‘Add to Collections’ on the Edit item page (that’s what’s causing the bug)
3. @LeChuckz - sorry to hear you're still experiencing this issue. Thanks for reaching out to us, the devs are still working on figuring out what is going on here.

LAWRENCE - Unchecking the "Add to Collections" fields did the trick for me - thanks for letting us know!

If you're still getting codec errors on music files, our dev team or support team should be in contact with you to get info on what exactly is going on in your particular case. If not, send a detailed report to support@pond5.com and we'll add you to the research.
When I've gotten this issue with artist who reach out to me, I've found that often it's the filenames that are causing an issue. Our system has lately had trouble with filenames that are too long or contain special characters or spaces. Simplify the username and see if that changes your experience.
If not, please send those reports and we'll troubleshoot individually!
