I will say there is a payment glitch but pond5 treats us very well. I'm sure they will fix it
Mizamook 18 Oct 2015 06:17
Same here - I'm alert, but not worried (yet). If it doesn't show up on Monday I'll inquire about it. Would have liked a notice by email as a courtesy, but I'm the forgiving sort as I'm not perfect either. At least we have the info that this is a Paypal problem, not Pond5's "fault" if there is one.

It seems Dino75 deleted one of his complained posts which P5 obliged to tell us about technical problems. Dino, Why not delete every posts? Shame ! He should say sorry to P5 which he made this big fuss.

P5 has lots to improve but she treat us artists very well indeed.. :D

I am in EU, so Moneybookers is my choice which I will not be charged for transfer dollar to my bank. And P5 paid 99% on time.

Pat, Paypal charges you? It must be international thing then.

I've never had a problem with them, for what it's worth. I guess this counts as one, but otherwise, no problems.

Yes, Paypal is a US company, any US dollar transferring to EU will be converted to €, they do charge 3.5% (If I am correct ??). When I sell thing on eBay, I always ask people pay by Bank-Transfer in Germany so I don't have to pay another 3% or so to PayPal. Don't forget you pay about 10% eBay commission selling on eBay, I don't want another 3% so to PayPal for doing basically nothing.

I got paid today the 19th, but only for sales I made in the last 48hours. Curious...

You will always get charged by PayPal, Moneybookers etc. That is their whole business model and the only reason they exist! Sometimes the fees are hidden in bad exchange rates.
