Editing footage software

I made a shift away from cheap software and computers in the past couple of months. I also pay a few dollars a month to get the online courses for the software instead of relying on some stoned kid on YouTube to try and explain how to use a colour correction tool. I think the first thing that happens, besides seeing a 10 point drop in blood pressure, is an opening up of ideas -- seeing ways to shoot and edit you never realized you could do. It makes the work more pleasurable.
