Stuck in Processing

So a few days ago it was SS that had ftp processing problems. Now my P5 clips are getting stuck in processing. Processing ... processing ...processing ...

I've seen a slowdown in processing but it may be due to a higher volume of uploads lately.

No problem so long it doesn't fail ;)

I have very slow processing too, but worse many failed too. Now I have a lot of work to find out which failed and have to reupload them again.

After uploading 9 clips none of them in processing nor in needs editing. I did find all 9 clips by using ALL in the pull-down. Also, because of the heavy uploads of clips by other contributors, it will take several hours for those clips to show up for tagging.

Scheduled for processing. Takes all day now. Kind of annoying, especially when things happen like a clip somehow uploads twice, maybe the first one took, but maybe not, and have to wait all day to find out if it worked or can I get on with uploading others?

Is it that there are so many people uploading, or did they change something? Didn't used to be like this. I'd accept it if it was a huge boost in preview quality.

Anyway, just venting. I like to tag my clips as soon as possible after creating them.

Yeah, officially, as of 2 minutes ago, my first file successfully uploaded today (after re-uploading it, the first one did turn out to be a fail) is 11 hours old, "Scheduled for Processing"

What are they using? A Timex Sinclair 1000? (Well no, that was snarky, sorry, .. I had two of those .. they were ... um ... slightly slow, even with the 16k RAM pack)

But ... 11 hours???

No no no....its a Commodore 64 with the ram expansion cartridge.
