There needs to be a facility for replacing existing footage... even if it means it has to go back into the curator queue.

why not re-upload, copy tags and resubmit?
Or are you worried about ATC getting lost?

I suppose one could do it by modifying the description on the original and adding info via the "clip" function to show the new version and specifying that there is a new or better version, whatever the case may be... something along the lines of
Note: here is a new (modified/color corrected or whatever) version of this clip: https://www.pond5.com/zh/stock-footage/1000000

I wanted to do this earlier this year. I fixed an older shot that sold well and wanted to replace it with the new version without losing the sales data and search ranking. I asked, they said they can't do it.
So I ended up deleting the older clip, and resubmitting the new one. The clip will now have to start from scratch in searches.

Not sure why they can't do it...

Hi there!
P5,
We really need this function - resubmitting without losing old records.
I recently "polished" some of my music tracks - do not want to lose my stats and rankings! (people added them into their bins - so, the links will be broken in case of simple deleting).
Looking forward to hear from P5 support!
