How to create collection?

I just noticed that there is a collection section, but have no idea how to create it on the desktop. I found an article from the help center, but it was for the mobile app.

I managed to change the name of my collection. I can't figure out how I did it. But I'm not sure it's working just yet .....the way I'd like it to. I'll know if when my latest uploads are published.
