"Available Formats" error in 4K

I have sent this question to the Pond but got no answer:
Some of my latest 4K clips get the wrong "Available Formats" definition. They get NTSC D1 instead of MULTIMEDIA. As a result, they cannot be found during a regular "Multimedia" only search.
For example, if you search for a Multimedia format clip with the string Jordan Valley, you will not find this 4K clip:
Also, may it be known that Pond5 is a good place to find high quality 4K clips.
Any help out there?

The probe script was updated to take 4k into consideration but stupidly set the type as NTSC. We'll patch the probe script and fix the metadata on all uploaded files.
Sorry about that.
Sorry about that.

That is why I had stopped linking my 4k and HD files, because then it didn't bring either up in results.

I am not linking. The pond did it for me without asking. Anyway, as you can read from the answer above, linking was not the problem.

And now...
The definition is HD 4K+ .
What does it mean?

I think 4k is defined at different resolutions... so yours is above the standard they defined most likely, prob 4096x2160

OK, then I have to re think future compositions to include additional cropping, not only 16:9.

I didn't explain. My files were doing the same thing, but when you link two files it shows the largest format one in the results until you click on it. So looking on it in the search results it shows an NTSC file and not that it is two linked files or the that it is a multimedia. Does that make sense?
