CSV upload error - not recognizing commas and spaces

Hi, I have uploaded a batch of clips and realized that suddenly my csv is not working anymore. I have used the same csv in the past 3 years, just adding data to it.
I noticed that if i change the name of the clip to something like 123abc456 (a title without any special characters, commas and spaces) the system is filling the data but after approval the original name appear on the clip pond5 page, large on right hand side.
I just asked another user to do a test in his pond5 account but we got the same result, the system does not find the original file name even though is in the csv.
Is there anybody else?

Hey pixelsmedia,

Thanks for reaching out. There has been a bug that's caused the CSV tool to not work properly, but a fix is in the works and should be patched this week or early next week.

We apologize for any delays. In the meantime, you need to click on the "Tech Data" tab on your uploads page so you can see the file name in the system. Then you need to match your CSV to the original filename listed under that tab and it should work fine.
