Exporting in CS5.5

I have been out of the game for a while and have a new system. If someone else is using Premiere CS 5.5 (or something close) I would love some guidance on the export settings for Pond5.

Just got my new Canon T4i and would love to get some clips exported...

native files are preferable. However if you are exporting from cs5.5 simply export as Photo jpeg or motion jpeg and you should be all set. congrats on T4i

quicktime or mov, then pjpeg, then 91% for quality. If you do 100% quality the size will be huge and not accepted. That will create a windows or apple compatible file that sells well as an intermediate.
