How long Does Pond5 take to approve or give feedback on Video Uploads?

I have uploaded my first batch of videos to POND5 a few weeks ago and those files are still sitting in Pending Approval... this is highly frustrating as I am awaiting feedback to know if I am Uploading and Key wording correctly, a lot of my work is Editorial and need to know how to submit these files correctly, I uploaded 80 files with took a long time to keyword and populate all the fields..now I have to wait weeks to find out if the footage is approved or not, if its incorrect I'll have to resubmit... the uncertainty is honestly frustrating, also editorial content is current and waiting weeks to be submitted might miss the window of subject relevance... Shutter Stock (As crap as they are, approve some of my clips THE SAME DAY)..

I just want clarity on if I am Submitting correctly so that I can Upload more content..

We've had a surge in new contributors recently, as well as a large number of people uploading content due to being quarantined, so review times are a little slower than usual. Rest assured, our Curators are going through everything as quickly and carefully as they can. It can take from 4-10 days to get items online currently, depending on the media type.

Your oldest files were submitted on th 29th of May, which is about 10 days ago. They should be curated soon, after which you'll receive any feedback on your clips if they're tagged incorrectly.

In the case that your uploads take longer than 14 days to get online, please let us know. Otherwise the curators will eventually get to your files!

If you have more files you'd like to submit, please feel free to continue uploading to your portfolio, and we promise we'll get to them as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience while we manage the large influx of content.
