audio templates and tags

Does this works by others?

I tried to create a template for audio files, but after "Save" there's nothing :(
for video files it works well.

Then there are problems with adding tags in fresh uploaded audio files. I made the experience before that when the files are reviewed and online there are often no added tags from the list. Now, when i add tags manualy and submit the file for the curator all manually added tags are away if i check it again.

Is this a system bug or a bug by my hardware?

Im having the same problem with video templates!
