I am an exclusive contributor. One week has 42 footage on the status of the Pending review. Is this normal? How about yours?

Hey Ariokusmartiono,
Thanks for writing in. COVID has caused a spike in the number of uploads to the site, which has increased wait times as a result. Rest assured, our Curators are going through everything as quickly and carefully as they can. It can take from 4-14 days to get items online currently.
In the case that your uploads take longer than 2 weeks to get online, please send us an email at support@pond5.com. Otherwise the curators will eventually get to your files!
If you have more files you'd like to submit, please feel free to continue uploading to your portfolio, and we promise we'll get to them as soon as we can. We appreciate your patience while we manage the large influx of content.
