What is your budget and what do you want feature wise from the camera?

Not so much money about $ 500, now i'm saving money. I just want a good 4k camera but not expensive, i have a Canon 60D , it records videos in full HD, for the moments i have to try with this camera, because i want to make money in order to buy a 4k camera in the future. I live in Venezuela, it's a third world country , economic and social situation is very bad. I would like a 4k camera with manual funtions, such my Canon 60D has, and input for mic.

Need a little more information than that, do you really need 4K? The 60D used heavy pixel binning to produce a HD video image which resulted in all manners of Artifacting in the final video recording result. So any modern cam these days is going to be an improvement. This is really a hard question to answer without the relevant information other than cost because so many factors have to be added, such as do you want decent audio recording, do you want a large sensor, what kind of ergonomics do you prefer, the list is endless to come up with an answer, and even then it's going to be a compromise because the camera that you have dreamed of at your budget won't exist. If you want a similar camera to what you have experienced with your 60D at a similar price point but with a superior video image, then I would consider the new Sony ZV-1, It's fairly complete without spending spending £££ to get it to work out of the box.
But it has a smaller sensor, no view finder (you couldn't use live view in the finder on the canon anyway, but I need the view finder on my cams) and other limitations that a videographer would shirk at. but in my opinion, it does a lot of things better than most camera in this price range. The equivalent 16mm sensor is top notch and adequate for stock footage (my opinion) similar to my AX700 and RX100V7 which I'm very happy with and have used many many times mixing footage with much more expensive broadcast cam footage in the same project.
But there are other cams out there that would probably fit your criteria so see what others say here and then do your research ;)

I use Panasonic vx980. Its cheap and easy to carry and I have had a few sales. have made review of that and Canon xa11 if you want see on YouTube. I am no techy but they both serve a purpose. Panasonic comes in your budget. Good Luck.
