How Long To Get Approved?

Hello, my friend recently registered here to sell music but she has been waiting to have her first songs approved for over 2 weeks now. How long should it take? I've had a few songs reviewed myself within that same time period. She has submitted all of her ID and that got approved but the songs are taking forever. Is this normal?

Thanks for writing in. Can you send your friend's information or ask her to email us at support@pond5.com so we can take a look at her songs? The review times are usually much faster than 2 weeks, so it could be an error.
