Looking for a reading to use as a VO on a video

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm looking for a reading of Theodore Roosevelt's speech "Man in the Arena" to use as a VO for a video that will be used on my website.

I found one by Paul Giamatti that is perfect, but I don't have the first clue how or who to reach out to, to ask about usage cost or if that's even an option with such a famous actor? The speech is in Ken Burns: The Roosevelts - An Intimate History
I looked at the PBS website but didn't really find anything.
If anyone knows someone or has a contact that has a dynamic voice that would work for my project as well?
