What are the keys to success on this platform and others alike?

Hi guys! Slamden here. I make music. Let's get a discussion going on how to get exposure and sales on our products! I'm new here and plan on consistently uploading content for the long game, but I would love to hear from veterans and newbies alike on what does and doesn't work for them. What outside sources are you using? How many of you have a website and portfolio? Does said website get exposure as well? What additional resources do you take advantage of? Any and all helpful discussion is welcome! Doesn't have to be just music related.
