Oops! This item is no longer on Pond5”

I have a number of video clips that have been submitted ready for editing but when I click on them I get a message I’ve not seen before, “Oops! This item is no longer on Pond5” they play in the small preview window but when you click on them this message appears. Anyone else having the same problem?

I checked your portfolio and found no problem with any of them. You should raise those ridiculously low HD prices. At 60% that's only 16.20 USD and the minimum payout is $25 per month so why not make your first sale count.

Think about what it took to make the shot. And, why should HD be cheaper than 4k? Same effort.

No, DJGreg is correct. Before a couple days ago, I was able to "preview" my own clips on the frontend customer-facing page even when the clip was recently uploaded and still in the review or tagging phase by clicking on it's thumbnail. (This only worked for MY pending clips.)

That changed, and now when I try, I get the "Oops" error.

Hi ODesigns, yes that’s exactly right, I have reported it and got this message back “ I've reviewed and confirmed your steps, and alerted our technology teams right away. Although we do not have a solution date at this time, please know we are working quickly to prioritize and solve this case accordingly”
Not just me then !
