New to the video market

i am essentially a wildlife and landscape videographer of just 6 months. I have uploaded about 150 clips onto Pond5 and not made a sale yet. Now, as a stills stock photographer i know its a numbers game and i have over 6000 images on Alamy. However, i am seeking advice regarding my video clips. Am i doing something wrong? What is the best format? Length? Should i offer both .mov and .mpegs? I realise i'm still on a steep learning curve here and hopefully the quality will improve, but before i expend too much time on producing clips i would like some help and advice. I thank you for any comments.
