Selling and Licencing of other's photos

FarAwaySoClose 20 Jul 2021 01:31
Hi!
A friend of mine asked me to sell his photos and give him a share. As a personal contributor, can I sell my friend's photos with his consent? It is possible for me to get written permission from him. If the answer is yes, can I write his name as an artist/photographer while tagging the photos?
Saludos

if he is your friend and he is asking you to sell his pics, then you can post them here without any written permission from him, unless you used him as a model in a photoshoot
this happens when people steal content from other contributors or use pics from the web and then the contributors complaign
as long as your friend he doesnt have a prob selling his pics and you give him a share then i dont see a problem
the thing is why doesnt your friend sell his stuff on his own and he is askin you to sell these for him.he wouldnt share the profits with anyone else, only with the stock site
