Pending Review Time

I uploaded video content 6 days ago with the review still pending. How long does this take? It’s my first upload to Pond5

It depends on how busy they are. Can take a few days or a few weeks. It varies.

You must not be adding exclusive clips.

I signed up to be exclusive so I don’t understand why it takes so long

2 days as a non-exclusive lately.
