What the heck is reactivation?

Why am I seeing this in some of the music I have downloaded?

To conserve bandwidth and improve speed on our site, all your purchases drop off from your Downloads page after 14 days. When you click on "1 reactivation left" in your Order History section, you simply reactivate the transaction where you will have another 14 days to download the file(s). Rest assured, you will not be charged again.
